What Causes Sewer Line Clogs & Damage

While there was a small snafu to start, they were Very responsive in correcting the error. The job was large, and Edward prioritized the work with most urgent first, and came back to finish the job the next day. Edward was quick to explain the options, give us choices, and find compromises when appropriate. He was a good listener, thorough in his explanations, and a wonderful personality. MAS was recommended by a friend when my water heater went out. Barb answered my call, had me send pictures, and gave me several options over the phone. Since my heater was old I opted to replace it at what I believe was a very fair price. I also spoke to the owner, Ron, who was also very nice. His installer, Keith, arrived the very next day and had the new one in and the area all cleaned up in quick order. Extremely professional people – and all very pleasant to deal with.
